今天是比較低衝擊的間歇運動🏋🏻‍♀️
因為其實有些人有膝蓋的問題,或者是住在高樓層公寓裡面,蹦蹦跳跳會吵到鄰居😫
所以這次的間歇運動都不用跳喔!
每個都做30秒/10秒休息
試著做三組就會大爆汗了!
總共五個動作

1. 滑雪者
2. 登山者
3. 弓箭步踢腿
4. 三頭肌撐體
5.抬腿

Some ppl might have knees problem, or you don't want to disturb your neighbors downstairs ....👋
30 seconds work / 10 second rest
Do 3 set everytime, you will sweat like crazy!
Total is 5 movement.

1. Speed Skater
2. Mountain climber
3. Lunges with Kick
4. Triceps Dip
5. Leg raise
